Refunds
Cancellations and refunds
What happens to your money if plans change, if an embassy says no, or if we cancel. Written before you pay, not after.
The two things worth knowing first
Embassy and consular fees never pass through us. You pay them directly, and no one can return them once a file is lodged — not HS3, not the embassy.
Our charge is for the work, not the outcome. We are paid to build your file properly and lodge it. A refusal is not a failure to deliver that work. Any travel agent who promises you a visa is lying, and one who promises your money back on refusal has priced that promise in somewhere.
What happens in each case
You cancel before the booking deadline
Your deposit is refunded, less anything already spent on your behalf. Where nothing has been spent, it comes back in full.
You cancel after your visa has been filed
Visa and embassy fees cannot be returned — they have already been paid to the embassy. The rest is refunded, less any airline or hotel cost that cannot be cancelled.
The embassy refuses your visa
Your fare is refunded, less the visa fee actually paid and the consultancy charge for preparing the file. We are paid for building and lodging your file; the decision is the embassy's alone.
HS3 cancels a departure
Everything you have paid comes back in full — or moves to another departure. You choose, not us.
How long a refund takes
Within 10 working days of your cancellation being confirmed in writing.
How the money comes back
By the same route it arrived. A card payment is refunded to that same card. We do not pay refunds in cash.
How to cancel
Write to [email protected] or send a WhatsApp message to +92 321 5088 222 with your booking reference. A cancellation counts from when we receive it in writing — a phone call is welcome, but the written message is what starts the clock.
We will reply with exactly what has been spent so far and what is coming back, before anything is processed.
If you disagree with us
Tell us. Bring it to the Managing Director at [email protected] and it will be looked at again by someone who was not part of the original decision.
If you paid by card and we cannot settle it between us, your bank’s dispute process remains open to you. We would rather you used it than stayed unhappy, though we would rather settle it here first.
Changes
If these terms change we change the date rather than quietly editing the page. Last updated 16 October 2026. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones published on the day you paid.
In short
- Cancel early, lose little
- Embassy fees never come back
- A refusal still refunds your fare
- We cancel, you get everything
- Card refunds go to that card
