The first question everybody asks, answered before you come in. Four taps and you get the list for your country, your trip and your own situation — free, and yours to keep.
This is a preparation list, not the embassy's
It is the set we build files from, and it covers what is asked for in almost every case. Requirements change, and only the embassy or consulate publishes the official list — check theirs before you submit. Bring what you have to our office and we will tell you what is missing.
Your list
United States — tourism or holiday
16 documents · prepared for a salaried employee
Complete the DS-160 and pay the MRV fee before the interview. You carry your documents to the interview; they are not submitted in advance.
Everyone needs these
- Passport, valid at least 6 months beyond your travel dates
- All previous passports, if you have them
- Recent photographs to the size the embassy specifies
- CNIC — front and back
- Completed application form for the country you are applying to
- Cover letter explaining the trip: why, when, who pays, and when you return
- Day-by-day travel itinerary
- Hotel booking or accommodation details
- Flight reservation — a booking, not a paid ticket
- Bank statement for the last 6 months, stamped by the bank
- Bank maintenance certificate showing your current balance
Because you are a salaried employee
- Employer letter confirming your post, salary and length of service
- Leave approval (NOC) with your exact leave dates and return-to-duty date
- Salary slips for the last 3 to 6 months
- Employment contract or appointment letter
- Your tax return or NTN certificate, if you file
