Commission is paid on bookings that complete and are paid for — not on enquiries, and not on files the embassy refuses. The rate is agreed with you before your code is issued and is the same on every file unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
We do not take a fee from you at any point. If anybody asks you for money to become an HS3 partner, it is not us.
