Our mission
To make going abroad from Pakistan an ordinary thing to do.
For most families here a visa file is a rumour — nobody is sure which documents are needed, what it should cost, or whether the person taking the money will still answer the phone next month. We would like it to be ordinary: you know what you are sending, what you are paying, and where your file has reached.

A message from the Managing Director
I started HS3 because too many people in Pakistan are sold a visa instead of a file.
An embassy does not grant a visa because an agent promised one. It grants it because the file in front of it answers its questions honestly. That is the whole job, and it is the job we do.
So we will tell you plainly whether your profile is ready. If it is not, we will tell you what to build first. If it is, we will put the file together properly — and we do not disappear once you have paid.
Everything we run now sits in one system. You get a reference the moment you book, you can follow your own file online, and the paperwork does not live in somebody's WhatsApp.
My door is open six days a week, and you do not need an appointment. Come and ask.

Written down so you can hold us to it.
No altered documents
Requests to adjust a bank statement are declined every time. There are legitimate ways to build a profile, and we will show you them.
No invented timelines
We do not advertise a fixed Canada processing time. Biometrics sit in the middle of that process and nobody controls the queue.
No file at any cost
If a profile is not ready, we say so and offer a travel-history plan instead of taking a fee for a likely refusal.
Visa approval is decided solely by the relevant embassy or consulate. HS3 prepares the file and the appointment — we cannot guarantee an outcome. The eligibility checker is an estimator only, not a visa decision.
